Cal Poly's GrC Career Day takes place each quarter to allow employers and GrC students to discuss employment options and to conduct interviews. Both full-time and co-op/internship employment discussions are encouraged.
Career Day consists of a morning "trade-show style" session where employers set-up tables and students roam around and ask questions about the represented companies. it is a great chance to showcase your business and to recruit top talent to your organization.
Some companies use displays while many simply bring samples and literature that describes their company. Giveaways are popular with the students and leave a lasting impression. In the afternoon, companies wishing to conduct interviews may do so in private interview rooms.
