Cal Poly Wins Phoenix Challenge 2018

Hope Mosley, Pavan Sohal, Yasmeen Eid, Michaela Purcilly, Hana Zarea, Jillian Kehliger, and Alan Nguyen were apart of the winning team of the Phenix Challenge that was held in St. Luis, Missouri on March 24th, 2018.

The team created a packaging solution for a local kombucha company, Whalebird, which consisted of a growler carrier. They also created marketing stickers, and a static cling to label the different flavors of kombucha.

The Phoenix Challenge is an annual competition that involves up to six students from universities around the country who compete when given a prompt. Students are given a year to prepare for the competition 30 minute presentation. The prompt has to be solved using flexography.
