Special Collections

The Graphic Communication Department at Cal Poly is highly revered by many. A rich history of dedicated alumni and supporters from all facets of an ever-evolving industry, GrC has received many in-kind donations that have:

1) assisted in the preservation of historical printing equipment and type-metal for the Shakespeare Printing Museum;

2) contributed towards the relocation and preservation of a vast archive of materials and resources dedicated to graphics arts (formerly known as the Wadewitz Library—now known as—the Raymond. J. Prince Graphic Arts Collection);

3) exposed faculty, students and staff to the beautiful and esteemed artwork by the distinguished artist couple Duane and Annie Armstrong.
