GrC Students Win at Communication Design Competition

On April 17th-19th, Cal Poly students won the 2018 Communication Design Competition that was held by the Xplor International Conference in Orlando, Florida.

The competition consisted of redesigning a statement to make it more “functional, aesthetically pleasing, and extending its purpose.” Cal Poly had two teams participate in the competition.

Team 1 Members: Kallen McDonough, Madison Stepherson, Jessica Wei

Team 2 Members: Sarah Hughes, Jocelyn Tam, Katherine Chen

Team 2 won the challenge and was awarded $2,000 to use towards traveling expenses.
